If you have taken your due diligence when considering packaging automation, you may have contacted several packaging machine manufacturers. So how do you narrow your options? To evaluate potential packaging machine manufacturers, consider the following five questions.

1. How accurate was their discovery?

Packaging equipment is not "universal." There are standard machine types and models, but packaging equipment must be designed according to its specifications and goals.
